Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety in Crl.Op.No.20034 of 2021 order dated 27.10.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 27.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20034 of 2021 to execute sureties.
