O R D E R
The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 6 to 9 for infringing the fundamental rights and to ensure the petitioner's right to live with dignity in Thottimedu Village, Thirupalaivanam Post, Ponneri Taluk and Thiruvallur District. 2.On 08.07.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, 2/4
there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel and hence, the same was directed to be posted today i.e., on 12.07.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.On the other hand, according to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, as the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed, after conducting due enquiry, and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
