O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the M.C.No.210 of 2011 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to transfer the M.C.No.210 of 2011. Now, almost eight years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the case is of the year 2011, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.210 of 2011 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
