By consent of the parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage themselves.

2. Both these writ petitions are filed challenging a communication dated 09.02.2018, sent through SMS to the petitioner's mobile phone, that his bid has not been admitted by the duly constituted committee.

3. Mr.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except sending the impugned message, the respondent has not communicated the reasons in writing, as to why the bid submitted by the petitioner in respect of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subject matter works was rejected. He further submitted that after receiving the impugned message, the petitioner, in fact sent a letter on 09.02.2018 itself asking the respondent to issue an order in writing. It is stated that the respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that a detailed order will be communicated to the petitioner immediately.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, more particularly, in view of the communication sent by the petitioner on 09.02.2018 and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent that a detailed order will be passed shortly, these writ petitions are disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, however, granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh, as and when an order is communicated to the petitioner in writing, as has been undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondent before this Court.
