This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30335 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judge concerned in S.C.No.341 of 2012, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and he shall also report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30335 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
