This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Silver SPA" at Silver Spa, Fourth Floor, URC Lodge and Resorts, Kovai Main Road, Perundurai, Erode District - 638052.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner is the incharge of the "Silver SPA" at Silver Spa, Fourth Floor, URC Lodge and Resorts, Kovai Main Road, Perundurai, Erode District - 638052. He further submitted that FIR in Crime No.220 of 2022 was registered for the offence under Sections 3(1) & 4(1) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 against the SPA Manager for conducting prostitution in the name of SPA.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there was criminal case registered against the SPA, the prayer seeking consideration of representation cannot be entertained.
