ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Blue Moon Wellness Spa" at 111 - 112, 3rd Floor, Shree Selvi Lodge, Coimbatore Main Road, Kangeyam - 638 701, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022.

2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is running a business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Blue Moon Wellness Spa". He would further submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.12.2022 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the

respondents submitted that the respondent police has received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for consideration. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police. 5.Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
