Respondents Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that this Letters of Administration with the Will annexed may be granted to the Petitioners as the legatees, under the Will of the deceased, having effect limited to the State of Tamil Nadu and limited to the movable properties mentioned in the Will .

That the Petition in O.P.No. 348 of 2007 be an is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

2. That the connected application do stand closed, if any.

3. That the Registry be and is hereby directed to return the original filed by the Petitioners along with this Petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners herein.
