Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition (c) the petitioner after compliance of the condition imposed by lower court, the petitioner shall report before respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19446 of 2020 order dated 14/12/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the order of this Court dated 14.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No,19446 of 2020 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner was also falsely implicated in two other cases registered by the Kariyamangalam Police Station in Crime Nos.1577 of 2020 & 1582 of 2020 and he was arrested in those cases and enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri vide order dated 26.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.

1264 of 2020 & 1263 of 2020 and he was directed to appear before the Kariyamangalam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month and thereby the petitioner was unable to appear before the present respondent police as directed by this Court.

2.He would further submit that when the petitioner had gone to the present respondent police to comply with the condition, he was prevented by the respondent police from complying with the condition and thereby, he would seek for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in the cases registered by the Kariyamangalam Police Station in Crime Nos.1577 of 2020 and 1582 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.1264 of 2020 and 1263 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri District on 26.11.2020 and he had been appearing before the Kariamangalam Police Station for a period of one month.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsels on either side, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19446 of 2020 is hereby modified to that the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 15/02/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
