Heard Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the present Contempt petition stands closed.
