Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other order, writ or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 1 to 3 respondents authorities to remove the TASMAC shop bearing No.19/98 situated at No.15, Velampalayam, Tiruppur and District by considering petitioner representation dated 09.12.2016, 24.03.2017.

O R D E R

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the TASMAC Shop No.19/98 situated at No.15, Velampalayam, Tiruppur, by considering the representations dated 09.12.2016 and 24.03.2017.

3. According to the petitioner, the said TASMAC Shop, originally, located on the Highway was relocated at the present site, which again is an objectionable site. Therefore, the petitioner made those representations seeking for shifting the said TASMAC Shop from the present location as well.

4. It is for the respondents to consider such request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 09.12.2016 and 24.03.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
