The present Application has been filed to order payment out of a sum of Rs.83,500/- standing to the credit of Application No.4534 of 2019 as Court deposit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant obtained an Award for a sum of Rs.3,15,136/-, out of which, this Court has already ordered payment out of a sum of Rs.1,43,950/-. He further submitted that as of now, a sum of Rs.83,500/- is lying to the credit of Application No.4534 of 2019 and the same is evident from the certificate of funds dated 09.12.2022 issued by the Registry. Hence, the present application is filed.

3. After completion of service, the names of the respondents have also been printed in the cause list. When the matter is taken up today, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. It appears that the respondents are not interested to contest the matter. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is satisfied to order payment out of a sum of Rs.83,500/- standing to the credit of Application No.4534 of 2019 as Court deposit and accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
