J U D G M E N T

A joint memo of compromise has been filed today enclosing an agreement dated 14.07.2021 entered into between the appellant and the respondents 1 to 3 herein in the second appeal. The fourth respondent, who is the brother of the appellant herein, had remained ex parte before the appellate Court and hence, notice to him was dispensed with in the second appeal. The dispute among the parties was with reference to a Well described in the suit schedule property. The parties have now entered into an Agreement dated 14.07.2021 with reference to settlement which is reduced to writing.

2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties which is reduced into writing, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Agreement dated 14.07.2021, which shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
