ORDER

These writ petitions have already been disposed of by this Court on 22.01.2020 and thereafter, it was listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' for the reason that the jurisdictional Tahsildar has been prevented from taking possession of the secured assets. This Court, vide order dated 06.02.2020, has clarified the position and when the matter is listed today for compliance, the 2nd respondent has filed a Compliance Report dated 18.02.2020.

2.The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner who would submit that in the light of the said Compliance Report, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions. 3.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents. 4.The Compliance Report dated 18.02.2020 of the 2nd respondent is taken on file and record.

5.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions.
