2.The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.879 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur. The suit was originally filed before the Sub-Court, Tambaram as OS.No.326 of 2012. Upon constitution of a Sub-Court at Alandur, it stands transferred to the SubCourt, Alandur and numbered as above. The petitioner, who is an exserviceman would seek a direction for early disposal on the ground that the suit is already nine years old.

3.Considering the said fact, this civil revision petition is allowed. There will be a direction to the Sub-Court, Alandur to dispose of OS.No.879 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
