The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the State Level Committee and also made an endorsement to that effect

In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the State Level Committee, which is empowered to grant licence in respect of Saw Mills. No costs.
