This application is filed by the applicant to implead the proposed respondents, namely the District Revenue Officer and the Tahsildar as respondents 17 and 18 in the writ appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the nonapplicants. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the proposed respondents are ordered to be impleaded as respondents 17 and 18 in the appeal.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
