[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Jahatheth @ Jagatheswari, aged 35 years as also the father of the detenu viz., Athyus, aged 7 years, sought production of his wife and son.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.

3. Petitioner is present before this Court. First respondent police has produced the detenues. They inform of having returned to matrimonial home. Petitioner is also agreed that the detenues have returned to matrimonial home. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
