[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in BCDFGISSSV No.307/2017 dated 27.05.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue by name, Ashok, aged 22 years, S/o.Sankar, residing at No.34, Vadivel Street, Jafferkhanpet, Chennai-83 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. It is represented on the side of the petitioner that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed and to that effect, a copy of G.O.Rt.No.3313 dated 05.07.2017 has been submitted, wherein, it has been clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has been quashed.
3. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
