Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in impugned FIR in Crime No.20 of 2013 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same as illegal. 2.No representation for the petitioner. The second respondent/defacto complainant is present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the Crime No.20 of 2013 after investigation culminated as Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the District Mahila Sessions Court, Cuddalore which ended in acquittal after full fledged trial on 31.08.2017. The copy of the Judgment is produced before this Court.

4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
