Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order made in Proc.No.850/E1/2019
dated 20.02.2019 by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.
3. On 20.02.2019, a resolution was passed by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, to suspend the petitioner namely R.Anvardeen and thereafter the papers were forwarded to the Director of the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department for enquiry. The petitioner was also placed on suspension by proceedings of the Chief Executive officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in proceedings Proc.No.850/E1/2019 dated 22.02.2020. In this connection the petitioner gave a representation on 18.11.2019. It is his grievance that till date his representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he filed the present writ petition.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner gave a representation on 18.11.2019 to the respondent to revoke the suspension order. He stated that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation.
5.Heard, both sides.
6.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to examine the aspects raised in the representation dated 18.11.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on or before 31.03.2020. If necessary, the respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner and to any other connected individual. 7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
