The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Circular No.61/PJNCA/E1/Estt./Teaching Staff/CAS/2015 dated 01.04.2014.

2. When this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and on that day, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that, petitioner had filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.35952 of 2014 with the similar prayer and the same was dismissed by this Court. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day ie on 13.09.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In the said circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
