2. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after contest the suit itself had been disposed of on 06.06.2007. Nothing remains to be adjudicated in this revision, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
