ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the Final Report has been placed before the learned Public Prosecutor seeking for opinion.

3. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to either file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be within a period of four weeks. If ultimately, the Final Report is taken cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.07.2023 2/4
