ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Avinash Wadhvani, learned counsel for Ms.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is challenging the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Ordinance (T.N. Ordinance 4/2002). In fact, the Ordinance must now have taken the shape of Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that nothing would survive in the writ petition.

4. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
