This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27580 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the trial court i.e, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act at Villupuram daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
