Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's unnumbered Arbitration Case of 2019 filed on 02.05.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents to hear and dispose of the arbitration case pending from 02.05.2019 onwards. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the lands belonging to her were acquired by the Highways Department. The compensation that was fixed by the Department was not satisfactory and therefore, the petitioner raised an arbitration dispute before the 2nd respondent on 02.05.2019. Since the same has not been heard and disposed of till date, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the arbitration case that has been filed by the petitioner on 02.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
