No. 3266/Aa2/2011 dated 23.11.2011, A. Thu. Mu. No. 5495/Aa2/2014 dated 11.11.2014 and A. Thu. Mu. No. 5319/Aa2/2014 dated 10.09.2015 and quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal and without application of mind and consequently direct the Respondents herein to approve the appointment of one T.Leth Bahadur to the sanctioned post of 'night watchman' and to pay his salaries with effect from 01.07.2011.
