CMP No.1673 of 2024 in TR CMP No.1235 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM , J.

This petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.1235 of 2023 on the file of this Court as stated hereunder:

'To withdraw and transfer HMOP No.58 of 2021 on the file of learned Subordinate Court at Thiruvarur to Family Court, Nagapattinam' instead of 'to withdraw and transfer HMOP No.58 of 2021 on the file of learned Subordinate Court at Thiruvarur to District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kilvelur, with a direction to try the same along with DVC No.11 of 2022'.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
