The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to conclude the tender process as per the notification dated 10.02.2017. 2.Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuant to the order passed in W.P.Nos.4149, 4150 and 4151 of 2017, dated 17.02.2017 the subject matter of the tenders have been renewed in favour of the existing lessee.

3.In view of the said submission this writ petition stands dismissed. The respondents are directed to return the EMD https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Earnest Money Deposit) to the petitioner within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
