The above said petition has been filed as early as on 18.09.2004. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"for dismissal". When the matter is called today, once again, there is no representation for the petitioner.
