ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.12.2021, in CSR No.588/2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged complaint on 18.12.2021, though CSR assigned no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner's complaint had been received. Now there has been bifurcation in the Commissionerate of Police. In view of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, the case has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Tambaram, on 23.01.2022 and is pending there. He further submits that it is a matrimonial dispute and hence steps have been taken to find out the reconciliation and if anything, to forward to the social welfare officer.

4. In view of the same, The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tambaram, is directed to complete the enquiry and give priority to resolve the issue. In the absence of the same, FIR to be registered and final report to be filed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
