Mr.L.Dhamodaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners 2 to 5 filed a memo reporting no instructions. Mr. P.Jeremiah, learned counsel appearing for the 1st petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat to the petitioner.

2. Mr.K.N.Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 filed a memo dated 29.11.2018 stating that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 07.07.2014 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Since the Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed in I.A.No.1033 of 2005 and that the suit itself has been disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
