2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion and even today, while appearing as a partyin-person.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no illegal detention involved in this case. The petitioner himself filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No. 84 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur.

4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
