[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.,] The above petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, to cause production of his daughter, Yamuna Devi, aged about 23 years, who is said to be missing from 16.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police produced the detenue Yamuna Devi aged about 23 years. 15.12.2014 and is now on the family way. The detenue being a major, stated that she is not willing to go with her parents. She has done BCA and Montessari Teacher Training. 4.This Court finds that there is no illegal custody of the detenue by anyone much less her husband Vishwaraj. 5.Recording the same, this petition is closed.
