This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to receive the complaint and conduct an enquiry and issue the non-traceable certificate within the time frame. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 24.10.2024, and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
