PRAYER: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2020 and execute the order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.163/2019/A1 dated 01.11.2019 by making new sub division in S.F.No.255/E and 262.

ORDER
On an earlier occasion, this Court, vide order dated 12.02.2021 in W.P.No.2786 of 2021, directed the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta forthwith in the name of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order dated 12.02.2021 has been complied with by the third respondent / Tahsildar.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
