Mr.Sanjay representing Mr.S.R.Balasubramanian (Appeared through Video Conference), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Suchithra representing Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel 1/4

appearing for the respondent are present. Both sides represent that the matter has been settled out of Court and a memo of compromise has been filed on 23.01.2019 in SR.No.2364 of 2019.

2.In terms of the compromise, a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) has been received by the respondent decree holder from the petitioner. The compromise also reads the aforesaid amount would be treated as full and final settlement and the petitioner on the basis of the said compromise will withdraw the said Civil Revision Petition.

3. The compromise memo is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
