JUDGMENT

It is seen from the records that the sole appellant died in the year 2018 and till date no steps have been taken by the appellant's counsel to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant represented that though she sent a communication to her client in this regard, she could not get any instructions from them.

3. In view of the same, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
