CRL.M.P.No.5188 of 2024 in CRL.O.P.No.27544 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while disposing Crl.O.P.No.27544 of 2022 by an order dated 25.07.2023, had directed the respondents to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 60 days from the date of the order.

2. However, since it is a case concerning disproportionate assets, there was delay in collecting the documents.

3. The respondents had earlier sought for extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.18283 of 2023 to complete the investigation and file a final report and this Court also extended the time by two months from the date of the order. Now, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been completed and sanction has also been obtained. Therefore, he seeks one month time to file a final report and get it numbered.

4. Accordingly, one month time is granted from today, to file a report.
