The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/653/2005 ( Ni.A) dated 02.05.2005 and stipulated in G.O.(1D) No.438 dated 22.06.2006 issued by the 4th Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and pay backwages and other benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions from the petitioner and therefore this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and ordered to be listed on 30.01.2024.

Despite petitioner's name is printed in the cause list, there was no representation for the petitioner on 30.01.2024. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today ie., on 06.02.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
