ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.178 of 2017 on the file of the The Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station, Vellore.

2. It is submitted that, Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner has amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioner is personally present before this Court and they have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of their Identity Cards viz., Shabeer Ahemed Hadhi Basha- Aadhar No.860065323608 and Shoukath Ali Mohammed Sheriff - Aadhar No.343281363755 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 01.03.2018 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.178 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 178 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
