When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has already returned the original documents to the petitioner on 24.01.2018, and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
