This revision petition is filed as against the interim order passed by the Family Court. The revision petition is not maintainable as against the interim order. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed. Since the main maintenance case is pending from 2019, the Family Court is directed to dispose of M.C.No.201 1 / 3

of 2019 itself, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
