This revision petition is pending from the year 2004. It appears that first respondent died. Though CMP No.17183 of 2005 had been filed to implead the legal heir of the deceased first respondent, batta and other requirements of the Registry are not complied with, as per the order of this court dated 23.09.2011 made in CMP NO.17183 of 2005.

2. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as steps not taken. No costs. The connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
