Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide free milch cows for eligible beneficiaries under Tamil Nadu Government's Free Distribution of Milch Cows Scheme pursuant to the the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide free milch cows for eligible beneficiaries under Tamil Nadu Governments Free Distribution of Milch Cows Scheme pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that now the scheme itself is over. Already the Milch Cows were distributed to the beneficiaries. However, if any scheme is introduced in future, the case of the petitioner may be considered.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands

disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
