This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent Housing Board directing the petitioner to vacate the premises at No.62, Model Hutment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Housing Board, on instructions, submitted that, pending Writ Petition, the petitioner has vacated the premises, and handed over the possession to the Housing Board on 25.02.2019. He has also produced the letter submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent Housing Board.
3. Recording the above submissions, as already the petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over possession to the 2nd respondent Housing Board, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions in M.P. 2 and 3 of 2012 are closed.
