There is no representation for the petitioner.
2. When the matter was listed on 10.06.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Gowtham S.Raman, submitted that in spite of writing a letter to the petitioner, he has not received any instructions and therefore, he reported no instructions. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list on the next date of hearing, i.e., on 11.06.2019. Accordingly, on 11.06.2019, the matter was listed with the name of the petitioner being printed in the cause list, however, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 13.06.2019, i.e., today.
3. As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
In view of the above, we have no other alternative except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
