When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.04.2024, this Court directed both the parties to file Proof Affidavit and also Case Management Schedule before the Registry.

2. It is seen from the endorsement of the Registry in the order sheet that the plaintiff has filed the Case Management Schedule, but Proof Affidavit has not yet been filed.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 15.04.2024 has not been complied with by the plaintiff, the suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected pending applications are closed, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
