The petitioners, who were arrayed as A6 and A7 had filed this quash petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the 1st respondent and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant would submit that there are ten cases pending between the petitioners and defacto complainant and a compromise has been arrived between them and the cases have been settled amicably.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that a compromise has been arrived between the petitioners and the defacto complainant/2nd respondent and necessary documents have been filed to that effect and the same were recorded. He further submitted that on 23.01.2017 Further Action Dropped in this case and R.C.S.No.1/2017 was served to the defacto complainant with proper acknowledgment and the report was filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, who had recorded he same and closed.
